Ivannaiet, Mandeep pens a book on cookery

Ivanna Institute of Hotel management today released a book on cookery, “The Khansama”. The book has been written by Mandeep Singh, a student of BSc Hotel Management, catering technology and tourism. Anuj Arora, the Executive chef at Sanjeev Kapoor’s Yellow Chilli was especially invited to release this book.
